A Year of Growth, Celebration, and God’s Faithfulness
The year 2025 was a landmark year for TCAD. It was filled with milestones that reflected God’s provision, strong leadership, spiritual growth, and memorable celebrations. As we reflect on the year, these twelve highlights capture moments that shaped our journey and strengthened our community.
1. End-of-Year Conclusion: Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken
We concluded the year with deep gratitude to God, declaring His faithfulness over TCAD. The theme “Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken” reflected a year of preservation, fulfilment, and answered prayers.
2. Academic and Spiritual Progress in the Children
One of our greatest testimonies in 2025 was the visible academic improvement and spiritual growth of our children. TCAD remained committed to raising sound minds and godly character, and the fruits of this commitment were evident throughout the year.
3. Provision of Two Years’ Rent
The year began with a strong testimony of provision. By God’s grace, 80% of the required two years’ rent of 10million was raised in a remarkable turn, the landlord graciously accepted only one year’s rent, further easing the school’s burden and affirming God’s favour.
4. Kingdom Olympics
The Kingdom Olympics brought excitement, teamwork, and healthy competition to TCAD. Beyond the games, it reinforced values of unity, discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship among the children.
5. TCAD Website Launch
A major milestone in 2025 was the successful launch of the TCAD website. This achievement was made possible with the support and assistance of Pastor Morin Alonge and Efe Inikori, whose contributions helped bring the vision to life. The website marked a new phase of visibility, communication, and outreach for TCAD.
6. Executive Directors Birthday Celebration
In May, we celebrated the birthday of our Executive Director, Rev. Mrs. Adeteju Alonge. It was a special moment to honour her leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the growth and wellbeing of the school.
7. Graduation Ceremony
The graduation ceremony held in July was a proud and joyful occasion. It celebrated the achievements of our students and marked important transitions as they prepared for the next phase of their academic journey.
8. Naija Day Celebration
Our Naija Day celebration in October was filled with colour, culture, and excitement. It was a moment of unity and pride as students and staff celebrated Nigeria’s rich heritage.
9. Chairman Board of Trustees’ Birthday
In August, we celebrated the birthday of our Chairman, Board of Trustees, Rt. Rev. Bishop Bob Alonge. It was a moment to honour his leadership, wisdom, and continued guidance over TCAD.
